Saucony Shoes & Apparel

The Saucony Peregrine continues to master the trails in the latest — tenth — version. Sticky traction is still the name of the game with the PWRTRAC rubber outsole. New in this version are the outsole guide holes designed to allow you to drill screws into the bottom of the Peregrine for additional traction in the ice. If you are running in particularly wet conditions there are also set locations for you to drill holes through the Peregrine’s midsole for better drainage. The latest version of the Peregrine also reintroduces the rock plate for added protection. The ISOFIT of past models has now been discontinued in favor of the FORMFIT upper that achieves a more locked-down fit. Saucony also makes the Peregrine 10 in a Gor-Tex version using the latest “invisible fit” technology to make the Gor-Tex more integral to the shoe and more comfortable on your foot. The new Peregrine 10 will allow you to run on the trails in all types of conditions, no excuses.

The updated Saucony Hurricane is now in its 22nd version and is better than ever. PWRRUN+ has replaced Everun in the midsole for supreme cushioning at 25% less weight. The Hurricane 22 now uses a TPU guidance frame for maximum stability. This, however, does not result in a harsh ride because of the overall plushness of the shoe. Maximum stability combined with maximum cushioning results in a shoe built for long miles.

Saucony Guide 13

Saucony has reintroduced conventional lacing on the new Guide and with that move has also taken up the previous numbering system. This helps to explain how we have progressed from the Saucony Guide ISO 2 to the Saucony Guide 13. There are several significant changes to the new Guide. First, the midsole now consists of a single slab of PWRRUN, a TPU/EVA blend that is both soft and responsive, verging on lively. A dense “posting” of EVA foam on the medial side of the shoe no longer supplies stability and support. Instead, Saucony has installed a TPU place at the midfoot referred to as the TPU Guidance Frame to provide support. The Guidance Frame contributes to a lively feel underfoot, while still providing stability. Finally, the ISOFit lacing system is gone in favor of a conventional system. What is the result of all of these changes? A supportive shoe that does not feel aggressively supportive. If you want to try a more responsive, yet subtle, take on stability, the Guide 13 might just be your new shoe.

Saucony Triumph 17

The latest update of Saucony’s plush cushion neutral trainer is a true triumph. A new midsole material – PWRRUN+ -- is springy and responsive and 25% lighter than the Triumph’s previous midsole. The plush is not limited to the midsole. The Triumph 17 has a wonderfully soft tongue and ankle collar for supreme comfort. This is part of Saucony’s new 360 FIT system. The new Triumph is also more flexible than past models, which helps with a more powerful and efficient toe-off. This is a great shoe for remaining comfortable on your longer runs.

The updated Omni ISO 2 continues the tradition of stability and plush cushioning using a firm medial support and an EVERUN Topsole for consistent lasting comfort and pressure relief. Saucony uses PWRFOAM in the Omni’s midsole for excellent impact dispersal while perfectly adapting and responding to your stride. If you require a bit more stability, but don’t want to give up any cushioning, the Saucony Omni ISO 2 could well be your shoe.Saucony Ride ISO 2

Saucony continues to deliver a lightweight, cushioned everyday trainer that can meet all of your mileage needs. Saucony has improved the last version of the Ride ISO by incorporating a new double jacquard mesh toe box for unsurpassed breathability while delivering an ideal combination of structure and flexibility. For those runners who experienced some heel slippage on the previous model, the ISO 2 improves heel grab and lockdown for a more secure fit. Finally, the contoured midsole provided by FORMFIT has been increased to make sure that your foot is connecting with the shoe. The new Saucony Ride ISO 2 is a supremely comfortable shoe for those runners who want a lightweight, cushioned and responsive trainer.

Sporting a water resistant upper and featuring Vibram’s Artic Grip outsole, the Peregrine 8 ICE+ will become your go to shoe for winter running. An EVERUN topsole and PWRFOAM midsole will provide cushioning as you make your way through snow and ice. Aggressive outsole lugs of 6 mm complement the Wet Ice Tech in the Vibram Artic Grip so you don’t slip. If you have declared that you “will do anything to avoid the treadmill this winter,” you need to pick up a pair of these today

The latest Kinvara celebrates the tenth anniversary of the category defining, lightweight cushioned trainer. Kinvara fans will love the soft, yet responsive, cushioning provided by the EVA+ midsole and the EVERUN topsole. A new feature of the tenth anniversary model is the contour provided by the FORMFIT footbed. The offset still comes in at 4 mm for those runners who want a more natural feel during their run. If you want a lightweight trainer that will keep you going mile after mile, this is your shoe.

Stability and plush cushioning combine for the perfect balance in the new Hurricane ISO 5. A full-length EVERUN midsole works with an EVERUN topsole to provide continuous cushioning for your longest runs. A medial posting provides maximum support without sacrificing comfort. ISOFIT means that the upper fits more precisely and moves like your specific foot moves. Crystal rubber wears and wears so you don’t have to worry about your outsole going before the Hurricane’s long-lived midsole. Putting in a lot of miles? Need additional support? Try the new Hurricane ISO 5 today.

With this latest model, Saucony’s venerable high-mileage plush cushioned trainer receives some significant updates. Toe box space in the ISO version 5 widens and receives some additional volume for a better, roomier fit. The mesh upper has also changed; now it is a double-layered jacquard fabric that provides great flexibility, as well as security. Crystal rubber covers the outsole for better wear and lighter weight. Finally, Saucony has incorporated FORMFIT – a contoured footbed that provides a more customized fit and cloud-like comfort.

Do you need a moderate stability shoe that doesn’t skimp on cushioning? Saucony’s updated Guide ISO 2 delivers with an EVERUN topsole for great energy return and a PWRFOAM midsole for premium cushioning. The heel wrap has been updated to extend further forward on the medial side of the shoe for more precise and consistent support for runners who spend additional time in a pronated position. An engineered Jacquard mesh results in a better fitting upper, while the new FORMFIT footbed cradles the foot for a more comfortable ride. Saucony is pushing the boundaries of what to expect from a stability shoe.

The update of the Echelon now uses an engineered mesh for a more form-fitting upper. This roomy plush-cushion neutral still does a great job accommodating any orthotic with its capacious interior and wide, stable platform. New in version 7 are the return of some stitched stability overlays for better security and lockdown, as well as the incorporation of Saucony’s new FORMFIT footbed that allows your foot to be cradled by the midsole rather than merely resting on top of the midsole. What all of these updates add up to is the comfort that you expect from the Saucony Echelon.

The new Ride ISO is the perfect combination of cushioning and responsiveness. The main innovation of the new Ride is the ISOFIT lacing system that provides a dynamic fit by adapting to the shape and motion of the runner’s foot. The Ride ISO continues to incorporate the EVERUN Topsole for continuous cushioning throughout your run. A full engineered mesh upper provides a secure, lightweight fit. The new Ride ISO continues Saucony’s tradition of innovation in a durable, everyday trainer that will make the miles go by easily.

The updated Kinvara continues to build on the successful lightweight, cushioned flexibility of its predecessor. A full-length EVERUN topsole provides additional cushioning without added weight and great energy return, while new flex grooves provide additional flexibility for greater comfort. Saucony has also added a woven external heel support that provides better security and stability in the shoe’s upper. For those who like a lower offset shoe, the shoe retains its previous 4-millimeter heel-toe difference. This is a great shoe for new and experienced runners alike.

If you are planning on doing some running in extreme conditions, look no further than the updated Saucony Peregrine. The eighth version of this legendary trail runner now sports a thicker PWRTRAC outsole incorporating beefier, more aggressive 6 millimeter lugs. Roots, mud, rocks, scree, and snow are all conquerable in the new Peregrine. Since the outsole is now thicker, designers have eliminated the rock plate and have incorporated new flex grooves for greater forefoot flexibility. The shoe also utilizes a new engineered mesh upper for a more comfortable fit. Ultimately, the Peregrine 8 will give you a more cushioned ride that doesn’t sacrifice the responsiveness necessary for trail running.

triumph.iso.4

The fourth version of this popular plush cushion daily trainer just received a full EVERUN midsole. This results in added flexibility that should allow for an improved ride as the Saucony Triumph ISO 4 adapts more easily to uneven surfaces. In addition to its overhauled midsole, the shoe’s new upper has added a new mesh and a reconfigured lace structure. The adjustable ISOFIT “fingers” now use less material to reduce pressure points that will improve the Triumph ISO 4’s luxurious comfort on the run.

Saucony has given its flagship stability shoe the ISO treatment. The new ISO upper design combined with engineered mesh for the first time on the Guide will deliver a more precise and comfortable fit. For this edition, Saucony’s premium PWRFOAM makes an appearance in the midsole and works well with an EVERUN topsole to create a more responsive feel underfoot. Previous Guide enthusiasts will be happy that the shoe’s offset remains at 8 millimeters. The new Guide ISO is a comfortable stability shoe for all your training needs –– come in and try a pair.

The newly updated Saucony Hurricane now sports a full EVERUN midsole for amazing cushioning, flexibility, and energy return. The Hurricane’s overall fit is enhanced through an updated ISO lacing system and new engineered mesh that more readily adapt to the shape and motion of the runner’s foot. This is a plush-cushioned shoe that still provides great support through a dual-density EVA post and a secure, great-fitting upper. If you need support and plush cushioning, this is the shoe for you.
