Janji (Run for Another)

None other than GQ (“The Future of Running Gear Looks a Lot Like Streetwear,” January 31, 2018) referenced one of our favorite apparel brands: Janji, a socially conscious running clothing company dedicated to fighting the global water crisis. Ten percent of every Janji purchase is donated to clean water projects around the globe.

Runners and Janji co-founders Mike Bernstein and Dave Spandorfer understand that runners and outdoor adventurers want apparel that is well made and stylish, but also reflects our values. “They want something that has meaning behind how it was constructed,” says Spandorfer, “how it’s designed, meaning behind what the brand stands for.”

Each season, the Janji collection is inspired by the terrain and culture of a different region, with local artists contributing to strikingly beautiful designs.

With Janji apparel, you feel like you are buying something that’s special, a bit different, and dedicated to a positive mission.

The lush forests and mountains of Nepal are reflected in the fall/winter collection. Come spring, the Ugandan landscape takes center stage in our Janji shop. Take a look, pick up a piece or two, and set out on your own Runventure.

Janji is a running apparel company that provides water to those in need. Each piece of apparel is unique to a certain country that faces a shortage of food or water. When you purchase a piece of Jani apparel, a portion of those proceeds help fund organizations that are alleviating the world's water crisis.

By funding solutions and raising awareness through Janji's apparel, we can create a nation of runners that run for another and make the world a better place.
